Free shipping on order over $200. In most cases shipping is overnight however can take 2-3 days depending on time/day the order was placed. If you are rural please allow a couple days extra. We can ship to your place of work!

All the products we sell are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty service. Any goods for possible warranty replacement must be returned to us with proof of purchase for warranty assessment and inspection. Items covered under manufacturer’s warranty will be repaired or replaced. Shipping is not covered under any warranty. Any Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hrs of receipt quoting invoice number, courier tracking number. This can be made by e mail or phone, with digital image showing damage. We will endeavour to remedy all disputes within 14 days of notification. Postage on goods found to be damaged during delivery will be covered by Motozone. Hard parts (engine parts, electrical parts) must be fitted by a certified motorcycle technician.

Where you do purchase, or obtain services for the purposes of a business, then the Consumer Guarantees Act statutory guarantees do not apply to your purchase and we exclude any liability of any kind (whether in contract, tort, equity or otherwise) to you or anyone claiming through you, relating to any loss of profits or revenue, loss of business or missed opportunities, wasted expenditure or savings you might have had, or any form of indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, arising from that purchase or the information contained within this website.


Goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange. The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. This right of return will not cover items that are special orders and found to be an incorrect fit this is the responsibility of the purchaser, however all other standard warranties will apply. Freight costs will not be refunded. For the returns process email or phone Motozone with your invoice number and the reason for return. We will then email you the correct form for processing.
