I had heard and seen good reviews about Cardo products,and my current gear had faulty wires, so decided to go looking give Cardo a go. Motorzone had a good special going at the time, so temptation turned into purchasing. The installation of the hardware was fairly straightforward and the app downloaded nicely. Pairings between devices and phone was easy. The only real negatives so far are the speaking volume to trigger the mic and lag when communicating with pillion at low speed. It’s a bit disconcerting to hear their voice when they speak and again when transmitted. I haven’t yet attempted rider to rider in a group, but I expect it will work well.

This unit to date has proven to exceed my expectations for music, GPS (Garmin XT) integration and connectivity to two cellphones at the same time, one of which is a Samsung android and the other, an Apple iPhone, this allowing me to ride while still being contacts let for urgent work callous. I'm yet to try out the pack talk feature which I'm looking forward to as I have run into other riders raving about this feature.

Upgraded from another brand I have had for years. Easy to use, great quality speakers, not difficult to install, the only issue is finding somewhere to hide the 3.5mm jack that connects the speakers (previous communicator had a much smaller proprietary plug)

Was looking to upgrade an older Sena unit and was drawn to the Cardo Edge from other reviews. These units connect flawlessly to all other brands. The functionality is exactly what I need for touring and on longer day rides. Battery life is fantastic. Install into my helmet was simple and all cables are well hidden. Excellent product and definitely worth the investment. Will be buying another unit for the wife and a second speaker set for my other helmet.
