There are a few T’s & C’s:
To be Eligible:
• Must request price match before ordering
• Product must be exactly the same including color, size, year, etc.
• Competing website must be a valid/authorized Retailer
• Competing website must list prices, shipping\handling, taxes, etc. in NZ dollars
• Price matching is for the total cost of the item including shipping/handling, taxes and any other related fees
Exclusions (including, but not limited to):
• Any items that are closeout/backorder/clearance items
• Blemished, scratch and dent, seconds
• Products with Manufacturer Advertised Price (MAP) policies
• Competitor coupons
• Verbal discounts or emailed discounts
• eBay, Amazon, TradeMe and other ecommerce/discount market places
• Price match will exclude you from any additional discounts or offer codes on an order
• We reserve the right to refuse a price match at our sole discretion
• Items priced less than $50 NZD are not eligible to be priced matched
• Price Match program can be discontinued or changed by Motozone at any time
How to request a Price Match
Price match requests can be reviewed over the phone at +64 07 870 2389, email, or through Live Chat when available. When requesting the Price Match, please include a link to the exact product page or advertisement on the competitor's website (do not link to the competitor home page or shopping cart). After the request is reviewed, we will contact you and advise instructions on how to proceed with your order.
